Partial
refurbishment of the existing KPMG office block and redevelopment
of the existing site to provide an additional 5 storey extension
containing enhanced quality office accommodation and undercover
car park facilities.
This re-development included VAV air conditioning, the provision
of a new goods lift, unique access control system, communication
services and the introduction of a new digital lighting control
and building management system (BMS).
Services
Provided:
Mechanical and Electrical design services up to and including
preparation of drawings, specifications and tender actions.
Post tender Mechanical and Electrical sub contract monitoring
and site inspection services throughout the project construction
stage along with commissioning.
