To refurbish completely the ex Avon County Council offices and redevelop the site to provide 105 one and two bedroom high quality apartment units. In addition ancillary accommodation including refuse facilities, car parking, foyer/reception, marketing suites and offices, were provided.

The redevelopment involved the provision to site of a new electricity sub-station, extensive installation of communication services and the introduction of a new digital cable network. Also included were the complete replacement and extension of lifts, unique access control door entry and CCTV systems.

Services Provided:

Mechanical and electrical design services up to and including preparation of drawings and specifications and tender action. Carry out post tender M & E sub contract monitoring and site inspection services throughout the project construction stage and commissioning.
